Data Access has a variety of plans to best meet your equipment service needs.  Our first priority is customer satisfaction -- making sure you have the level of service that fits your business needs and keeps your equipment in top working order.

Our service plans include both depot and on-site options for time/materials pay-as-you-use plans and our popular annual maintenance contracts.  Anywhere you are in the US, Data Access is available to repair and maintain your printers, scanners, and other equipment.

Ship It To Us, Or We'll Come To You

Choosing depot service means sending your equipment directly to our national depot service center for maintenance or repair.  At our depot service center, we use state-of-the-art diagnostic and repair technologies to provide fast, efficient, high-quality repairs.

Each lab technician is factory-trained and certified to provide all levels of service including diagnostics and board-level repair.  All work performed at our depot service center is guaranteed for quality and workmanship.When it is not possible to send your equipment to our depot service center, you can have one of our service technicians come to you.  No matter where you are in the US, we've got a service technician available for you. Your equipment can be repaired and maintained right at your location -- eliminating the need to take it offline, box it up, and send it to our depot service center.

On-site service works best when you sign up for an annual maintenance contract. In addition to priority response, your equipment receives two preventative maintenance calls per year - all at your location!

Annual Maintenance Contracts

A good way to protect your equipment is through an annual maintenance agreement from Data Access. For a low annual fee, all maintenance, repair and parts costs (excluding printheads) are covered no matter how many times the equipment breaks down.
